If you’ve got the job of having to organise a group or a party of friends, family or customers – our Fixed Price Limited Choice Menu is designed to make life easier for you. We have provided a variety of selections all based around the following selections of entrees, mains and dessert.Fixed Price Menu
MENU 1: $48.00 PER PERSON
SELECT ONE ENTRÉE, ONE MAIN AND ONE DESSERT FROM THE MENU BELOW
ON ARRIVAL:
BREAD ROLLS.
ENTREE:
THAI CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE SPRING ROLLS served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
PASTA WITH SMOKED SALMON, snow peas and shallots in a tomato and cream sauce.
MAIN COURSE:
GRILLED FISH of the day served with sautéed spinach, mash potato and topped with baby herbs and drizzled with a butter, lemon and caper sauce and green olive tapenade. Optional topped with chilli garlic and parsley.
CRISPY CHICKEN SUPREME filled with mushrooms, spinach, pancetta and mozzarella cheese served with roasted potatoes, baby cos salad and caesar dressing.
DESSERT:
BACIO ROMANTICO – rich chocolate gelato.
PECAN PIE served with panna cotta ice cream.
VEGETARIAN MEALS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

A beverage package is available: Includes Local Beer, Houses Wines, Soft Drinks
for a 3 hour period. Otherwise beverages may be charged to a bar tab.

MENU 2: $50.00 PER PERSON
ALL THREE ENTREES, MAINS AND DESSERTS FROM BELOW WILL BE SERVED ALTERNATELY TO ALL GUESTS
ON ARRIVAL:

SALT AND PEPPER CALAMARI with baby herbs, watercress salad and a citrus dressing.
TASMANIAN SMOKED SALMON with mixed herbs and mesclun salad served with seeded mustard mayonnaise.
PASTA ROMANE – chicken, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, parmesan and parsley in a cream sauce.
MAIN COURSE:

SELECT THREE ENTREES, THREE MAINS AND THREE DESSERTS FROM THE MENU BELOW AND ALL DISHES WILL BE SERVED ALTERNATELY TO ALL GUESTS OR EACH GUEST CAN ORDER THEIR OWN ENTREE, MAIN AND DESERT FROM THE MENU BELOW AND ALL MEALS MUST BE PRE-ORDERED BEFORE FUNCTION DATE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Strictly no BYO alcohol is allowed for any function due to NSW Government “Responsible Service of Alcohol” laws.
* Sundays require a MINIMUM of 50 people to open. If numbers are less than 50, please don’t hesitate to call us, as we may have other functions on the day and may be able to accommodate your booking.
* Our set menus are fully customisable; however any changes will be subjected to a quote. Please talk to our functions manager for more information.
* All function bookings require a $20.00 per person deposit within one week of booking the function. Any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the function date will only be able to transfer the deposit to another date.
*Confirmation of final numbers no less than 2 days prior to your booking. You will be charged for the final confirmed numbers.
