Fixed Price Menu

If you’ve got the job of having to organise a group or a party of friends, family or customers – our Fixed Price Limted Choice Menu is designed to make life easier for you. We have provided a variety of selections all based around the following selections of entrees, mains and dessert.

Fixed Price Menu

Entrée:

  
* Soup of the Day  
* King prawns and asparagus with seeded mustard mayonnaise and baby herb and watercresss salad.  
Grilled Kangaroo loin with rocket, pear, blue cheese, walnuts and agro dolce.  
Smoked salmon with mixed herbs and mesculun salad drizzled with a peppered citrus dressing.  
Pan fried salt and pepper calamari with a mint, bean shoots, peanuts, coriander and baby herb salad.  
Vegetarian pasta served with fresh mixed vegetables in a pink sauce.  

Main Course:

  
* Tasmanian salmon grilled on mashed potato and sautéed spinach or optional served with garlic, chill and parsley garnished with watercress.  
* Char grilled sirloin with pepper sauce, sautéed green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes or optional served with mustard sauce.  
Char grilled rosemary lamb cutlets with a home made jus served on a bed of creamy mashed potato and sautéed spinach.  
Chicken fillet served on mashed potato, broccoli and topped with a creamy oyster mushroom, shallot and parmesan sauce.  
Fettucine Romane – chicken, mushroom, shallots, garlic, sundried tomatoes, parmesan and parsley in a cream sauce.  
Vegetarian plate – ask wait staff for today’s meal.  

Dessert:

  
Bacio Romantico – rich chocolate gelato.  
Sticky date pudding served with butterscotch sauce and cream.  
Baked cheese cake served with panna cotta gelato.  
Cheese plate with King Island double Brie, Tilba club vintage cheddar served with bbq’d fruit bread and water crackers.  
Dessert of the Day.

Alternate Party Menu:  
select 3 entrees, main courses and desserts from the menu and selections will be placed alternately amongst your guests.  

Beverages

A beverage package is available: Includes Local Beer, Houses Wines, Soft Drinks for a 3 hour period. Otherwise beverages may be charged to a bar tab. 27
