King prawns and asparagus with seeded mustard mayonnaise and baby herb and watercress salad
Grilled kangaroo loin with rocket, pear, blue cheese, walnuts and agro dolce.
Pan fried salt and pepper calamari with a mint, bean shoots, peanuts, coriander and baby herb salad
Vegetarian pasta in a tomato and cream sauce
Smoked salmon with mixed herbs and mesclun salad served with a pepper citrus dressing
Main Course:
Oven roasted turkey with a filling of whole juicy cranberries roasted pistachio nuts, turkey mince and fresh herbs served with baked vegetables
Char grilled sirloin with optional pepper sauce or home made mushroom sauce served with sauteed vegetables and rosemary roasted potatoes; (all steaks cooked medium)
Grilled tasmanian salmon or tasmanian salmon with garlic, chilli and parsley, both dishes served on buttered asparagus, sauteed spinach and mash potato topped with baby herbs and drizzled with a butter, lemon and coper sauce.

Chicken breast filled with cream cheese, fetta cheese, sundried tomatoes, and herbs topped with spanish olives and red salsa accompanied by vegetables.
Char grilled rosemary lamb cutlets with a home made jus served on a bed of creamy mash potato and sauteed spinach.

Baked cheese cake served with panna cotta gelato
Plum pudding served with brandy custard
Pecan pie served with vanilla bean ice cream
Cheese plate with king island double brie, tilba club vintage cheddar, grapes and water crackers
