King prawns and asparagus with seeded mustard mayonnaise and baby herb and watercress salad
Fettucine Romane - chicken, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, sun dried tomatoes parmesan and parsley in a cream sauce
Steamed scallops on the half shell with ginger, shallots and a sesame and soy dressing
Smoked salmon with mixed herbs and mesclun salad served with a pepper citrus dressing
Main Course:
Braised turkey breast with apricot stuffing served with honey baked vegetables and apricot chutney
Char grilled sirloin with pepper sauce, sauteed green beans and rosemary roasted potatoes (all steaks cooked medium)
Tasmanian Salmon pan-fried with sesame seeds on buttered asparagus, topped with parmesan shavings, baby herbs, parsnip chips and tarragon mayonnaise

Chocolate shell filled with a light berry cream and served with berries
Coconut, lychee and mint bavarois served with cats tongue biscuit, strawberries marinated in passionfruit and grand marnier topped with whipped cream and praline
Grapefruit and orange curd tart with mint and chocolate shavings
Cheese plate with king island double brie, tilba club vintage cheddar
